Hello all, my name is Pete and I shouldn't really be here as I live quite close to the South coast of England! I was brought here by Ptarmigan's Facebook post about his newly acquired baritone/treble Æola.
I'm in my late 50s, originally from Leeds, West Yorkshire and now living on the Isle of Oxney in Kent (not so very far from Leeds, Kent!). I play English concertina, mostly on my 56 key 1927 Wheatstone model 19 tenor/treble, although I have a 1916 model 21 and a brass reeded 1915 model 4 as well.
My music is largely British traditional dance music and I play for Woodchurch Morris Men as the village I live in doesn't have a side.
Right then, I'm off for a look around ...
