Here's what the seller has posted:
I am selling the second of my Great Great Grandfathers concertinas, both given to him by Wheatstones I was advised.
He was a pro player, recorded on 78's at end of his life and they were both identical.
The other is now owned and played by Simon Thoumire on his later CDs and he was delighted to get it.
This instrument is fully working, no discernible bellow leaks, even has the original straps still fitted and seemed to be the least played of the two.
Serial is in 30XXX range.
It has not been played for 50 years but all keys have been regularly pressed etc to ensure no issues there.
It will be off concert of course as has not been refurbished as is in original condition. No wear on silver, is unpolished and dull but no tarnish.
I doubt will find many in this condition.
Original case with intact strap.
