Thought you might be interested in these photos of my Triple Concertina Case. If you want to see more detail, go straight to my Webshots AlbumI find this set up fine for me, as the only time I use this Case is to take them on a short car trip to the Session Pub or a Gig. If I were going a long distance, I would probably use some Bubble Wrap for added protection. This case is very sturdy & I reckon my precious cargo is very safe indeed, inside this case. As Dave Prebble says, these cases are strong enough to sit on, which can be handy. The only downside I've found, is that you'd need arms like THIS GUY, if you were going to walk around a Folk Festival all weekend or walk any distance with it. Having said that I'm sure a shoulder strap could easily be fitted. Cheers Dick

Very nice Dick, I agree however that the dilemma always comes up how large/heavy a case one may carry around. I have made some dozen of cases of my own for various outfits and they mostly end up being TOO capacious. Like this one below used for sessions where I wanted to bring along *everything* Cheers ! www.youtube.com/watch?v=_EgNXka2zW0

The fact that I carry three Goran, means of course that I don't actually need to carry all those other bits & pieces, because if one of them let's me down { hasn't happened yet ... touch wood! } I always have the other two to fall back on. Mind you, if my car broke down a few miles from home, I wouldn't look forward to carrying that huge case all the way home! Cheers Dick
