This year's Keith Festival is on the weekend of 12-14th June. There's no specific concertina connection, except that I'll be there (as usual!) There's always a good number of singers and musicians, and the emphasis is on the traditional music of North-East Scotland. Look out for me at sessions in the Plough Inn, the Commercial Hotel, the Royal Hotel, The British Legion club, or the Railway Club. For more info go to their website at Keith Festival

Ahh Keith, that takes me back, David. I first started going to that festival in the mid '70s & it certainly was great fun then ... I'm sure it's still well worth the trip. I remember, the last year I was up there, one girl got so mad at her boyfriend, that she waited till he went back to his tent ... then drove her car over the top of it! .... Ahhh Happy Days! ;D
