Here's a wonderful photo, sent in by new member Bob Blair, of the The Levellers Ceildih Band playing for public dancing in George Square, Glasgow in 1985, as part of the Mayfest celebrations. The line up then was Finlay Allison - fiddle Bob Blair - concertina Gerry Burns - whistle and flute Miller Frondigoun - accordion Dick Burger - Bass Guitar Many thanks to Bob for this fascinating photo. Bob, I notice all the Auld Men sit, while the young men stand, in that band! ;D If anyone else has great photos of Concertinas in action in Scotland, please don't be shy, we'd love to see them. Cheers Dick

Aye, I can nearly remember when I was like that, too! No thanks Bob, I must admit, I always sit down myself when I'm playing, whether in a pub sessions or for Ceilis. Cheers Dick
